Mastery & Daily Practice | Lesson 6 of 9

Building Your Daily Practice

A complete, sustainable daily protocol that fits inside a normal life.

The law is not practiced in sessions; it is lived. But structure helps, especially in the first months while the new inner habits form. This lesson assembles everything you have learned into one sustainable daily rhythm. It asks for less than twenty focused minutes, wrapped inside an all-day mental diet.

The daily rhythm

  1. Waking minute: adopt the state before rising. One line, one feeling.
  2. Daytime: mental diet plus directed inner conversations. Catch and flip the loops.
  3. One deliberate touch: a few script lines at lunch, or ten seconds of your scene in a quiet moment.
  4. Evening: revision of the day’s unwanted scenes.
  5. Border of sleep: SATS. Fall asleep inside the wish fulfilled.
"Assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled and continue feeling that it is fulfilled until that which you feel objectifies itself."
Neville Goddard, from his lectures

What this means: "Continue... until." That is the whole schedule the law asks of you. Not intensity, not perfection, not twenty techniques, but continuity of state until the outer world catches up. A daily rhythm exists to serve that continuity, nothing more.

Practice: Write Your Personal Protocol

Commit your rhythm to writing. A protocol you wrote yourself is one you will keep.

Only you can read this. Nothing you write is published, shared, or shown to anyone else. Write honestly.
